Announcement:  Fish vs. Fish with Phil Blair

Program Description:

As Career coaches, we all want to offer guidance and motivation to our clients. I believe we all need a Career Manager and it needs to be us. We all need to take responsibility for our careers and where they go, or don’t go. But as professionals we need to not only offer guidance we also need to give them the skills to take control of their careers, long term with the hopes of them not needing us every time they consider a change or a road block appears. We need to teach them to fish, not just offer them a fish when they need it.

You will learn:

  • They hire us, we don’t adopt them
  • Build confidence is goal number one
  • Teach tools but be a sounding board
