Program Description:
Do any of your clients struggle with confidence? Do they flip-flop on what they want in their careers? Or perhaps they get excited about what they want, but then procrastinate, hesitate, or undermine themselves when it comes time to follow-through on action steps! In our session, “It’s All in Your Head,” Susan Britton Whitcomb will share insights from recent neuroscience research that can help us coach our clients to be more clear, confident, and persistent in their search.
You will learn brain-friendly coaching strategies to:
- Stop the “monkey-mind” negative narrative that undermines success.
- Change your client’s biochemistry from fight-flight to calm-connect—a state that is proven to increase our cognitive capacity and relational/engagement ability.
- Shift your client’s limiting beliefs with one powerful question.
About the Presenter:
Susan Britton Whitcomb brings 15+ years to the art and science of coach training. Her brain-friendly approach to coaching stems from a fascination with the neuroscience of behavior, positive psychology, and the biology of strengths.
