My coaching strategies are based on my background of senior, executive management roles with both Canadian and U.S. multinational corporations, including MedicSCEN International, Scan trade International, World Kitchen and Delta Integra Communications. I have managed up to 100 staff and budgets of up to $15M. I have also owned and operated successful small businesses. My expertise spans directing operations, fiscal management, opportunity assessment, crisis management, sound decision making, negotiating, performance optimization, talent review, project management problem resolution and career planning & development. I have attended Coach U and completed my CEG and I have continued my coaching education with Coach U advanced corporate coaching program as well as training from Coach Training Alliance.
