Claudia Goldhammer is the owner of hr now! coaching & consulting. She supports companies on an international level where employees are not simply resources but assets worth developing and investing in. Her consultancy practice offers HR project leadership and support as well as Interim Management Services. Her specialty are M&A projects from due diligence through to successful integration of the acquired entities and change initiatives around a company restructuring, reorganization, or management change. In her coaching practice Claudia works with Executives, Managers and Professionals alike supporting them in tackling the business and personal challenges that they feel are thrown at them.

Claudia’s corporate background includes working as VP of International HR in a global software company and other international assignments. Claudia acquired her coaching skills throughout her career as an HR Executive, in classes at Coach U, USA, and through coaching a variety of clients. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is accredited for the use of INSIGHTS MDI® and PCSI®.
