Program Description:

Whether you work within a small or large organization, or provide coaching services to them, you will get an inside look at different approaches coaching champions are taking to embed coaching into the fabric of their organizations.

About the Presenter:

Mike Gellman, M.S., The Career Catapult Coach, is the Founder of High Five Career Coaching and coaches highly-motivated professionals and leaders in various stages of their careers. He is also the author of Pipe Dreams: 7 Pipelines of Career Success (available on Amazon.com). Previously at SoCalGas, he launched and managed a highly regarded career coaching and development center and led enterprise-wide talent management initiatives including facilitation of numerous succession planning, high potential leader development, employee engagement and organizational change efforts. Mike also created an award-winning mentorship program for the San Diego chapter of the Association for Talent Development (formerly ASTD). Mike is an ACC credentialed coach and recently served as one of six judges for the ICF International PRISM Awards. Mike has a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and holds numerous certifications and experience in the use of a broad range of diagnostic assessment tools that help clients. Recently, he launched Career Catapult: 4 Essentials for Career Mastery, an online course geared for professionals who are struggling to advance their careers.
