Dwayne Paro

Dwayne Paro is very committed and passionate about Coaching others and helping them to grow.  He has used a personal Coach for several years to round out those areas that he felt were lacking.  The most rewarding aspect of his career has been working with others to help them grow in their careers and excel in their personal lives.  His persistence, determination, self-discipline, organizational skills, integrity, communication skills, and solid decision making were what propelled him from an entry level position to an Executive.  During this time he obtained his Associates, Bachelors and Masters Degrees through night school.

Dwayne has had the honor and privilege of working with some very high level Government leaders supporting various Federal Agencies.  This coupled with his Executive business role has given him keen insight into both how to grow a business and solve problems for clients of National importance.

When not at work he likes to spend time with his family, exercising and using the family RV.  He also spends lots of quality time with his dogs and ensures they are all active.
