Nancy has worked at the UNDP for past 6 years. During that last year, she joined a new coaching program that they were implementing to see how coaching worked in an international, diverse environment. As a coach in that program, she coached young professionals in Turkey, Sudan, and New York and shares those experiences and lessons learned.
