Mike Gellman, M.S. is the author of Pipe Dreams: 7 Pipelines of Career Success and founder of High Five Career Coaching. Previously, he was the Sr. Talent Management Advisor for SoCalGas where he established and managed their career coaching and development center. He has a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and is an ACC credentialed coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Mike is passionate about coaching and has devoted his career to helping employees, leaders, and teams achieve their potential in corporate and nonprofit environments for the past 15 years.
