Nancy Cattle has enjoyed a long career in Learning and Development, making difficult software topics easy and increasing workplace performance through coaching and motivation. She led her local chapter of ATD (formerly ASTD) in 2016 as its President, furthering the support of the profession. At the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the largest agency in the UN system, she coached high potential leaders going through a Harvard Leadership program, as well as Columbia University interns who had little experience. Her background in Learning and Development, IT, documentation, software, and change has led her to creating an online course & coaching platform called Get Yourself Started, which provides career guidance to business professionals as well as personal development topics such as staying well while being a family caregiver.
