About the Presenter:
An engaging international speaker, expert facilitator and executive coach, Dr. Orey’s passion is to develop the capacity of business leaders across many industries. She helps leaders stay afloat by improving their communication and leadership skills to build a diverse and resilient team. She recently completed her doctoral research on the career benefits and ROI of volunteer leadership, and is the published author of five books: Communication Skills Training (ASTD Press, 2005 & 2015) , 101 Ideas for an Influential Presentation (Learniappe, 2014), and Successful Staffing in a Diverse Workplace (1995), and her latest book “Stay Afloat” is being published in 2017.
