Program Description:
This session, led by Marci Heerman of Cargill, will share the evolution of the coaching practice at Cargill, specifically in how it leverages external professional coaches & internal peer coaches to support the accelerated development of top talent.
You will learn:
1.) The philosophy of targeting coaching resources to key pools of talent within the organization
2.) Lessons learned in training a network of 150 internal coaches to use coaching to build high performing teams
3.) The strategy to maximize external and internal coach approach globally, to accelerate transformational change.
About the Presenter:
Marci’s been with Cargill for 8 years. She has led the coaching practice area in major initiatives to train internal coaches, and she manages the external professional coaches used for executive coaching around the globe. Marci is also responsible for consulting with many parts of the organization in building a coaching culture. She is especially proud of the work she does with emerging talent, and the impact it has on building emotional intelligence competencies with future leaders at Cargill.
