Dear Career Coaches:

My co-host and I are delighted to announce our next Career Coach SIG speaker, Robb Lucy, in September.  We are on Summer break, so there is no call in August.

Next meeting: Wednesday September 13, 2017 @ 12-1pm ET
Bridge: (425) 440-5010, ID 093980# or
Note: Eligible for 1 ICF Resource Development CCE credit with full participation
Hosts: Mike Gellman & Nancy Cattle
Announcement: Building a deeper (and more valuable) relationship with your clients with Robb Lucy

Program Description:
Ever wonder how you’ll be remembered? Or, what your legacies will be? Is ‘legacy’ just about packaging up the money and ‘stuff’… and handing it off to the kids? In his book “How Will You Be Remembered? A Guide for Creating and Enjoying Your Legacies Now!”, journalist, author and speaker Robb Lucy rips the heavy patina of money and death off the concept of ‘legacy’… and shows that legacy creation is a sure-fired way to connect to others, use your ‘signature strengths’, and be happier. And when you do finally breathe your final ‘see ya later’, you’ll smile knowing you’re leaving some good things behind that will continue to enhance other lives.

You will learn:
• How to create the most important legacy you could ever leave your family… an hour after this call!
• How to more deeply connect with your clients… knowing they’ll tell others
• The only question you’ll ever need to collect the stories of others
• How to use your signature strengths to create legacies tiny to huge.

About the Presenter:
Robb Lucy is a natural communicator – a writer, producer, and connector.  He was a journalist with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation before forming his own company, producing mixed media for corporations and governments around the world.

Robb spent 25 years on the local, national, and international boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and continues to help develop non-profits in prostate cancer awareness and his local Search & Rescue team.

Robb knows all of us will, at some time in our life, ask “How will I be remembered?” He knows we’ll be remembered by the legacies we create, legacies that give us a connection to others, happiness and purpose. And Robb vows to keep creating his until those annoying water buffalo take him away!

All the Best,

Nancy Cattle and Mike Gellman
