Special Note:   This was my first time cooking with frozen artichokes and mascarpone cheese! 🙂 Branching out.

Also, I have decided to put Anne’s china to use one last time before selling it. Feels like a happy way to keep the memories without the stuff. I like to think Marie Kondo would be proud.
